When Words Aren’t Enough, Using our Bodies to Communicate
Hosted by: Elizabeth Earnshaw and Kira Stein
While words are important, they only comprise a small fraction of what we communicate. In a romantic relationship, we become particularly sensitive to our partner’s body language over time. Many of our foundational interactions – comforting, seducing, and even negotiating – take place through embodied connection. So how do we hone our skills at both interpreting and communicating nonverbally? This workshop serves as an accessible and fun introduction to body language, specifically geared towards the needs of couples.
